This is also inclusive of the content pertaining to your posts and engagement data such as the click rates, total likes obtained, reshares, any impressions along with the general engagement counts. This is however up to the extent as is permitted by the applicable Indian laws. This data would also only be exclusively used by Rannkly to offer you with the Service that you anticipate and we shall always refrain from sharing your data with any third parties under all circumstances whatsoever.

  • Twitter :

    Rannkly would enable you to efficiently connect a Twitter page or profile with your Rannkly account, under which case we would access certain information from your Twitter profile. To be more specific, we may obtain your profile image, name displayed, page ID/ username and profile ID, any sent posts along with access tokens. This is also inclusive of the content pertaining to your posts and engagement data such as the click rates, total likes obtained, reshares, any impressions along with the general engagement counts. This is however up to the extent as is permitted by the applicable Indian laws.   • Instagram :

    Rannkly may enable you to easily connect an Instagram profile with your Rannkly account, under which case we would access certain information from your Instagram profile. To be more specific, we may obtain your profile image, name displayed, page ID/ username and profile ID, any sent posts along with access tokens. This is also inclusive of the content pertaining to your posts and engagement data such as the click rates, total likes obtained, reshares, any impressions along with the general engagement counts.   • LinkedIn :

    Rannkly may enable you to easily connect a LinkedIn profile with your Rannkly account, under which case we would access certain information from your LinkedIn profile. To be more specific, we may obtain your profile image, name displayed, page ID/ username and profile ID, any sent posts along with access tokens. This is also inclusive of the content pertaining to your posts and engagement data such as the click rates, total likes obtained, reshares, any impressions along with the general engagement counts. This is however up to the extent as is permitted by the applicable Indian laws. This data would also only be exclusively used by Rannkly to offer you with the Service that you anticipate and we shall always refrain from sharing your data with any third parties under all circumstances whatsoever.

Additionally, in case you choose to connect your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account while using Rannkly Reply, then we may obtain the following - your profile image, name displayed on the profile, page ID or username, access tokens, all received or sent comment texts and received or sent private messages text.

Furthermore in addition to this, in case you connect Facebook, Twitter or Instagram while making use of Buffer Analyze, then we may obtain the following : your profile image, name displayed on the profile , your username or distinct handle name, the access tokens, all social channels insights data and other social accounts demographic data, tweets sent, your social account's total followers count, your account's insights data and also the social account's audience data.

In Case, the user want todelete the data obtained from their social profile, User can either unlink/disconnect the page/platform from our Dashboard's Settings Page  OR  Contact Us  OR Write Us At  support@rannkly.com.
After deleting the data, we revoke the user's access tokens, clear social data and remove it from our storage.

In Case, the user want todelete their Rannkly account and clear data, they can do so from our Business Settings Page  OR they can Write Us At  support@rannkly.com.

4. Personal Information Obtained Automatically from Your Interactions with our Service
  • Log Data :
