Your tasks
  • Achieving sales objectives
  • Gaining and maintaining customers
  • Formulating a sales budget plan and effectively managing it.
  • Tracking of market developments/customer requirements
  • Build up and lead sales channels
  • Management and the training of the sales team
  • Support Marketing in hosting customer events/attending conferences
  • Developing a monthly sales plan
  • Forecasting monthly sales for the product
  • Deal with the digital marketing team to support the product
  • Continuous involvement in product promotion, market research team building, and client relationship management to increase sales revenue.
  • Plans on achieving the sales target and expanding the customer base.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives for future sales plans.
  • New tie-ups, contracts, and staying updated with the current trends in the market and acting upon them.

 

Your profile
  • Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales in the Indian  market
  • Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout and  must have generated a remarkable revenue as sales head
  • Must have a strong network of clients/ connections in the digital industry
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Multiyear practical work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong sales objectives orientation
  • Able to achieve short and long term goals
  • A proven negotiator and strong closer
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
